Took the risk on the Citizen Kane set.

Still can't decide whether to go for Citizen Kane or not. Decisions, decisions...

I thought its a good price as importing the first 3 from US would cost same as the boxset in the UK.

Yeah, totally is. I guess I just don't care for the films as much as you and so will be happy to hold out for a lower price. Definitely can't grumble at about £2.50 per film

christ, had hoped to stop spending money but relented and bought dracula prince of darkness from zaavi. Started using them via top cashback so I get a little money off the stupid amount I spend on movies. Moderately cheaper than amazon for all the hammer stuff as well.

Also picked up HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD anime on blu-ray fairly cheap off the site as well, a decent zombie series, flawed only by the rediculous number of pantie-shots and boob jiggles the creators seemed to feel obliged to insert. Still worth a look even if anime isnt normally your thing as its a pretty good take on the genre.

Back in the STAR WARS mood again so I bought the original trilogy on BD:

Yes, I know, they aren't the original theatrical versions but the re-release versions are what got me into it back in 97.

Not something I'd heard of, and probably wouldn't have given a second glance, as I wouldn't have thought the Japanese Anime scene would have gelled too well with the western idea of a zombie.

But I've just watched the first episode online, and it looks like a good 'un. Will stick an order in for the blu.

Cheers.
