Most of the Chinese movies I watch have Cantonese audio,but there are a few exceptions where there's a better quality edition with only Mandarin audio instead of the original Cantonese.
I also don't understand Cantonese btw. :)

picked up Hitch Hike To Hell, another great grindhouse find for £4.
