Cult Labs - What Have You Bought Recently?

Recieved my copy of Chinatown from Planet Axel this morning. Really hope Paramount decide to release The Two Jakes sometime.

Also got this little note inside the package. Looks like someone's been stealing stuff!

As I suspected, my copy of Chinatown arrived today without any slip of paper. The artwork is terrific, especially with the embossed slipcase.

Me too. It would have been a real shame if they had chosen some generic photoshopped cover.

Ive pre ordered Grindhouse 2wo from Amazon and its straight to dvd starring Mike Madsen but Im in the mood for som low budget cheesy gore fests. I know it wont be as good as the QT film but for £5.99 i'll give it ago.

just got an e-mail back from HPLHS about whisperer in the darkness.

Theres been some delays du to faults with the first batch of blu's, so anyone whose ordered them, they are on their way!

Anyone who dosent fancy ordering this version, well I heard a little rumour its coming to disc in the uk from grimmfests new label!

Bought the I Spit on Your Grave remake bluray in That's Entertainment the other day in their 2 for £5 offer. I know it's cut but I'm happy to give it a go for £2.50 (the other film I bought was the BD of The Time Traveller's Wife for my girlfriend as I mistakenly deleted it from our Sky+ a while back)3
