Last one now... :p Been meaning to watch this for years and the Criterion blu must be the perfect way to see it bar a cinema showing.

Same here, it's always around the £25 mark which seems a tad high, even for a Criterion release.

I think it's due to it being a digipak with a wider spine (just like Seven Samurai).

I thought that, till I bought it.

Once I was watching it I would have cared if I had paid £35.

It's my second fave film of all time though, so I am biased.

i've heard mixed things about wizard of gore. I have seen simon says, the only good thing about that movie was crispin glover, thought it was pretty poor quality generic by-the numbers filmmaking otherwise...

this does not bode well for wizard of gore!
