The French release of Margheriti's Take A Hard Ride is exceptional. French subs are forced, but extremely subtle and unobtrusive. Picture and sound quality are astounding.

Also got a box-set of Discovery Channel true crime serial killer documentaries - it wasn't what I was hoping it would be, but it was very cheap, so not that bothered.

I've heard very good things about the series and would like your opinion before I order it. Either that, or I may rejoin Lovefilm and rent the discs as a 'try before you buy'.

I came back from an appointment at the orthodontist to find one of those red cards from Royal Mail. I didn't know what was in the parcel until today when I received a replacement BD of The House by the Cemetery from Arrow Films!

That's not a problem as I would (or will) buy the standard release anyway – I'm concerned with the content, not the packaging material in this case!

I mentioned receiving a red card from Royal Mail saying a parcel couldn't be delivered. At the sorting office, the guy behind the counter pointed out the bleeding obvious which you can probably figure out from this photo.
