Will you buy it online? The package originally could open like a cigarete pack but later version was like a slipcase I think

I almost forgot ,the only drawback ,The Big Steal is the colourized version !

It's one my favourite box sets and I can't recommend this enough. I never stop raving about it. Every film in it is amazing. Pick it up right away without even thinking about it! I bought mine, second-hand, mint condition, for £14.99, which was the bargain of the year for me.

Yeah that's the one thing that annoyed me. It's sti a great film though.

On an earlier note, I own the flip up one. It's really cool. It actually has hinges. :D

It does look like a great round-up of essential noirs - I'd always point people towards the US Warner Noir boxsets but these are quite expensive at the moment. For the price this collection is well worth it. I just wish they would revert Out of the Past to its alternative title - Build My Gallows High - I love that title !

I think that both titles are good!
