It's a film you really owe it to yourself to watch, it gets funnier as it goes(bodily fluids etc.) Stanley actually makes nuclear war a subject for ridicule and satire, I can't recommend it enough, go for it.

A few things arrived this morning. A couple of German Action/Horror Cult Uncut dvds and The Faculty on blu-ray.

Both versions do not take up space.
When there are 2D and 3D on one disk, when you watch in 2D you only see the left eye stream. 3D works by mixing left and right eye streams.

Reviews are pretty good for it in 3D but 2D meant to be quite bad but people over on Blu Ray forums are saying even the 3D version has a lot of problems.

.

Yeah I thought it might be something like that. Wonder why Prometheus 3D was on its one disc in a slightly different transfer quality?

This is the German dvd. Exactly the same as all the other versions, just re-released as part of the Horror Cult Uncut line.

And for those who were curious about Rage Of Honor, it is indeed anamorphic widescreen.

Really thinking of getting this as it seems the only way too see this movie. Has anyone got this? It a little more than I want to pay for one film on DVD

Rumours are they're going to be releasing it on blu-ray in the future, if you're HD inclined and don't mind a wait.

Much longer movie.
For movies that are only 90 - 100 mins most studios put on one disc.

But if having the 2D and 3D on the same disc takes up no more space as you said before then why was Prometheus 3D on one disc and the 2D on another?
