had some stuff come from amazon today and picked some stuff up from cex before i went to see Django, including a very nice M*A*S*H box set

I had 5 come through today from play and 2 more due tomorrow... I kinda want BEN HUR now too as it does look a lovely gold colour, similar to Eureka's CLEOPATRA! The artwork on the back of all the steelbooks is excellent too, most being the actual front covers of the standard US releases.

So glad these used original artwork. If it was just the same art as the standard editions, I wouldn't have bothered.

Yeah, you can't beat original artwork... I don't know why studios feel the need to create new (and invariably crap) artwork when a film is released on home video.

I've skimmed through all the films and looks like the same old story, the same crappy prints as found in the other cheapo releases but still watchable. The only one which looks unwatchable is Invaders From Mars .

Shame that. I would have picked it up had they been decent prints.
