Cult Labs - What Have You Bought Recently?

Yeah me too, but his Box Set is the Miramax collection and only has Clerks, Chasing Amy and J&SB, he was asking if he needed to see them in order.

IMO, watching Mallrats right after Clerks benefits Mallrats more than it would watching it on it's own - it takes place in the same universe and at the same time as Clerks so a lot of the people mentioned in Clerks show up in Mallrats.

However watching J&SB before watching Mallrats might make you go WTF ?!?!

J&SB has it's moments, it's a 3/5 film for sure, but if you're in the mood for it it's a 4 :lol:

Mallrats takes place on the friday, Clerks on the saturday, so says the booklet in the Criterion Chasing Amy, although, I think both films said Julie Dwyer died the day before, so that screws up the day before arguement!
