The French release is a belter! Got it a few years ago now, didn't know there was a US release :confused:

Yeah I know, the R1 is cut and the French R2 isn't. Maybe I can flog the R1 back onto ebay and make a profit - it's going for a lot more elsewhere than the £9 I paid for it :nod: . . .

The French dvd also has beautiful pic quality (double layer). ;)

Nice. Still waiting for my Onibaba from Zavvi. It was sent last Wednesday, so should arrive sometime between now and the end of the year.

Forgot to mention that I bought this on Saturday. I've not seen it yet.

I saw it Friday night.

Its merely ok, not much blood for an eighties film and the demon effects are poor.

I was hoping it would be a new gem to add to my list of classic eighties horror for the poll.
