Nice to see some more BFI Flipsides being discovered. :) While I have not seen Privilege Sharon, I can wholeheartedly recommend All The Right Noises. It's one of the few films with a controversial subject matter that is handled in an intelligent and sensitive manner. Probably my favourite 'kitchen-sink' drama. :nod:

I haven't seen either, yet, I go into these blind as I'm most likely going to like them, I'm a bit of a 'kitchen-sink' junkie, I don't think I will ever have the full set of bfi flipside I am collecting as much as possible, especially if I can get them at a decent price. I have a few more on order. I think I must have around ten at the moment.

I had a tough time in the HMV sale. I picked up three things, but couldn't find a fourth I wanted even for free! Ended up with these two -

Bought myself GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS, possibly either the fourth or fith copy of this classic that I have owned. This one is a rather nice blu-ray steelbook that set me back the princley sum of £9.50. Had I more money I could have emptied the place dry, still plenty of cult items that were cheap even by hmv's standards. Salon kitty was working out at £5.50.

Nice pick ups Sharon, I can highly reccomend both titles. Amongst my favourate Flipside titles, along with Permisive and The Black Panther.

ROTLD and FB arrived from Amazon, last week. 28 Days & Weeks came from JB, as did the three digibooks. They're running a buy two get one free on selected discs at the moment, plus 20% off all blu's this weekend - hard to resist!

That fight club digibook is a thing of beauty.

Too bad the rating isn't removable. :mmph:

I get paid in 7 days, so thought I would order a few discs. For some reason I thought there were a lot of releases in April that I had pre-ordered, but it doesn't seem to be the case, so I ordered these (and no teasing about the last one!) :lol:

Good to know I'm not the only one! The big plus is that Seth Rogen doesn't appear in it. :lol:
