Not seen many of people with this one, so not sure how good it is! ha. Was very well priced though on eBay.

It uses the same master as the Italian Alan Young disc.
I think it looks lovely. ;)
I can't remember if the extras are English friendly though?

I haven't seen it since I was a kid, looking forward to it.

The Mill Creek "Savage Cinema" box set came today. Contains the following films:

Best Friends
Burnout
Dangerous Charter
Death Machines
Death Riders
Hellcats
Hell On Wheels
Little Laura and Big John
Pink Angels
The Sidehackers
The Wild Rebels
Wild Riders

I picked it up mainly for "The Pink Angels" which looks like a John Inman inspired, biker flick, wet dream!

I've picked up and watched 2001, Mad Max 2 and Freddy vs Jason. All boast stunning transfers - MM2 being one of the very best transfers I've seen, ever, of any film.

Also rented Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, which whilst a bit overlong wasn't too bad. Rented The X-Files: I Want To Believe as well, which was utter crap IMO. Boring and ineffective, it dispenses with all the alien stuff and goes for a straight-up psychological thriller approach, with supernatural overtones. It was silly and pointless. Creator Chris Carter seriously needs to let go and move on, he's run out of ideas for this concept. I'd be open to another movie, but only if Carter steps aside and lets someone else do a spin on it.

I saw the Freedy v Jason in town last week and wasn't sure on it but your recommendation of a good transfer is all I need to get it Daemonia.

I also saw the 2 AVP BD's, are these worth getting on BD.? as i've not seen either film yet ,(just played the game) .
