I'm also picking up AWE releases at the moment. Could I be really, REALLY cheeky & ask if it's possible to PM me the links too? :eyebrows: :pray:

Top man if you could! :thumb:

I'm thinking of picking up AWE's release of Savage Streets.It has the same features as the BCI edition (which I have), I just want it for the different artwork. :D

Here's my review of the unrated version. Be warned: There are spoilers!

I'm looking forward to Predators, coming soon....

Got my Dutch Missing In Action boxset today. 3 dvd cases in a flimsy box that would hold 6 cases! A piece of carboard inside so the cases don't rattle about too much. Needless to say, the box was all bashed, so in the bin the cheap box goes!

What! That's terrible packaging Stevoj! What a shame!

Over the past two days, I've ordered the following;

- Trouble Every Day thanks to the recommendations on the new Art section - £1

- House Of Wax - the original

- Them! - £2.99

- Amityville II: The Possession - £2.99 - I have NO idea what's taken me so long to buy this (I'll have to get the 3rd one too). The original is excellent (the remake isn't too shoddy although it is completly wrong). I'm not the biggest book worm by any strech of the imagination, but the Amityville Horror book was the first book that was genuinely scary. LUV IT!

Yeah, since the dvds are available individually, It's not so bad if I don't have the outer box. It would have made me mad if the box was an intergral part of the set.

The thing that creeped me out the most about Amityville II was the vhs art. I was young, It scared me. :lol:

Ah right, it's one of those boxsets. Still a shame though.

:laugh: Funny the things that freak us out. Did the film live up to the terror of the cover though?

Stephen@Cult Labs 24th June 2010 07:44 PM

Oh yes, it was scary to a young lad. If I'm honest, still a little scary. :lol:
