Where did you order your copy of The Burning from Stephen? My copy of The Town That Dreaded Sundown is on its way from DVDWorldUSA, but I'm not sure who to order The Burning from. Every US release I order with a slipcover seems to arrive beat up. So many import companies seem to skimp on the packaging. From bin bag quality packing to corrugated card. Movietyme expect me to pay £1 to add bubble wrap! It doesn't help that US slips seem thinner too.

I don't know why I'm obsessing about this, I detest the slip art...

Cheers Pete.

I was interested in a couple of them - Savage Island and White Slave.

the soundtrack is a more modern rocky soundtrack than the original 70s blues rock soundtrack, the new score is ok though, just would be nice to have the original tracks on the film.

Didn't manage to find time to buy anything whilst I was in Bristol. Just as well as my trip to town earlier yielded:

The Collector
The Collection
Maniac (2012)
War of the Dead

All German blu-rays.

I have seen them all before at various festivals with the exception of The Collector which I was completely unaware of until I saw The Collection. There is another public holiday here on Monday so I should have time to work through them over the next few days (especially if the weather stays as bad as it is today).
