Has anyone seen a Brit slasher(?) called 'Spiderhole'? Saw it at my local JB Hifi, but it was a bit on the expensive side, for a blind buy.

Don't pay too much for spiderhole. It's worth a watch imo but it isn't a classic and I've seen it turn up in that's entertainment on the 3 for £5 and in a few charity shops even cheaper than that! Its got a nice dark atmosphere to it, which is the films main plus point. Trouble is after great build up it doesn't really add anything new or interesting to the mix.

Bought this while charity shopping yesterday. I have 40-50 tartan asia extreme titles but somehow missed buying this until now. Shame on me. Its a nasty slice of Japanese exploitation abeit a well crafted and genuinely gripping piece of cinema at the same time. Paid £2.99, and considering its still got the inlay and is in mint condition was certainly worth the price.

Indeed. Let's hope Shameless are able to get back to their former glory due to HMV's resurgence, too. :)

Pre-ordered this today:

It would have been rude not to ;)

Bloody hell!

DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS COMING OUT!!!

Time to shift my UK dvd as i'm presuming here that it contains the same bonus material. Not getting rid of my anchor bay disc though (on a double bill with shock) as it has a commentary track from the director!

I echo your sentiments about Shameless and HMV and will also pre-order Possession when I work out the best price. I have a 10% off voucher for Zavvi, so that might be helpful.

Unfortunately Motel Hell eluded me,but hopefully Edinburgh HMV or Fopp will have one today.;)

Good to see HMV back in the boxing ring.

As I've said before, many times, with homegrown titles,it's much more satisfying going to actually buy one than clicking a fecking mouse.

That's cheap for new titles. I went looking in HMV the other day for Amsterdamned and The House with the Laughing Windows to find them both at £17. So that was a no purchase.
