I know tell me about it. The fact he's also a master surround sound engineer means I'm even more excited to blast this Blu out through the system.

I agree on Nemesis being a little cyberpunk classic (with HK action film influences?) but calling The Burning better than the original Friday the 13th had me a bit baffled.

Now go watch Re-animator for heaven's sake, what are you waiting for?

PS maybe you could do some reviews of your favourite films of each genre?
Really flattered by you thinking my update was too brief , I just thought that perhaps because of my last one being roughly 40 minutes that I'd shorten my discussions in case people were bored of the last one. Don't get me wrong of the Friday The 13th films I have seen (1, 2 and 3) they are all good fun, it's just the extra dollops of sleaze and nastiness alongside for me a slightly more diverse cast pip The Burning further than them. Re-Animator I will get to at some point, my potential list of horror films to watch just is growing at such an alarming rate it might be a little down the line, we'll see. I am seriously considering at this point throwing together an all time favourite film list and finalising a current selection. I may also do smaller lists for other random film or even game topics. Thanks for the advice.

Popped into town yesterday to investigate this HMV clearance sale I've heard about. Found a few shelves of dvds and blus labelled 'clearance'. Most of which I would have cleared into the wheelie bin personally.
Only thing I picked up that wasn't even on sale was this uploadfromtaptalk1370793374579.jpg
I did have a nose through these limited edition artwork releases they've got going on and was quite tempted to pick a few up until I examined them properly. Probably just being a bit picky but I just don't like limited edition stuff having 'limited edition' written all over it when it can't be removed. Whats wrong with a sticker or a wraparound?

Went into HMV this week and purchased alot of blurays from the clearance section including Santa Sangre, Himizu and a few steebooks.
I also came out of the charity stores with a handful of cheap dvds.
Through the post i got The Rebel, Miracles, Lockout, Little Malcolm and Joanna.

This is not a recent purchase but a forgotten found at the back of the drawer addition "UROTSUKIDOJI III: The Return of the Overfiend."

Now I think I got this from a charity shop just to stop some youngster buying it and coming over all faint because I remembered "UROTSUKIDOJI I: Legend of the Overfiend" and how it was "Manga Porn." It was my good deed for the day, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
