A little trip to the neighbouring town of Fareham today and a pub lunch! I picked up, much to my other half's chagrin:

"Coraline" (2009) for £2.25
"Monsters" (2010) for £2.99
"Dead Creatures" (2001) for £1.99

2 DVDs on the table when we got home that I ordered:
"Necromentia" (2009)
"How I Won the War" (1967)

Also on the table was a "prize" that my wife has "won":
"The Smurfs" (2011). Direct all abuse at her please, not me this time!

Ha! I actually find it incredibly funny, I'll pretty much watch anything with Anna Faris, and it was only 2.99 for the blu.

I haven't seen The House Bunny since it was first released on BD and didn't think the 'it's okay to be yourself' message worked with what happened where, if I remember correctly, the girls could only fit in if they changed the way they dress and generally became more 'beautiful'.

It's definitely overdue another watch though.

I was meaning to add to my earlier post that if you want The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour Blu Ray included in the 4 for £10 deal, you might have to find it in the normal Blu Ray section I had to as they said it had sold out.;)

PS
They were telling me one guy at 10 AM this morning cleared them out of box sets and loads of other multiple buys of the same release asking the staff for all the stock they had on certain ones...............Ebay is going to be busy as he walked out with carrier bags full of 4 for £10 Blu's. :mmph:

There should be some sort of limit placed on special deals to stop people like that.

Edit

Would be to funny for words if he couldn't sell any of them

I've not watched it properly but just having a quick scan through the disc I can simply say that I've never seen this film look like this. In places the PQ is simply gorgeous. I've not read the booklet yet either but the steelbook itself is a thing of beauty.
