This wasn't a dig at you Trebor by the way.

Its just reality.
That's ok, it a shame its taking Hmv this long to get things right, if they had theses type of prices in the first place things would never of gotten this far. I still use amazon but I finding market place sellers better than amazon themselves. Well off to watch either blood diner or brazil, probably watch both.

We've never had a HMV in Halifax, nearest one is in Huddersfield, I think the one in Bradford has closed down and the huge one in Leeds had bugger all last time I went

I do think the quality of items and pricing varies greatly from store to store. If I remembered the ones here in Newcastle and the metrocentre are some of the most profitable stores. Well think will watch brazil tried blood diner it didn't really grab me, wii watch it another time.

If I'm in town, I'll pop into the Darlington branch to see a) if they have any and b) if they are the same prices as anywhere else.

Bought;
FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER STEELY
TIME BANDITS STEELY
OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN
DYATLOV PASS INCIDENT
BAG OF BONES
In HMV yesterday.
The amaray discs of the first two are on their way from Zavvi.

Glad to see those steely's were fifteen quid each.

They won't be that for long......each time HMV sell a copy of Arrow steelbooks they seem to go up two quid a week....

The Peter Cushing is really good, a little light on Hammer so expect that but otherwise a really good read. All told he was an absolutely lovely man, and testimony to what an incredible actor he was to create such loathsome villains - I'm thinking about Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed and the Death Star general in Star Wars - for all his few minutes in the film he's really memorable...
