Talking of which, what's the word on their facebook (Studio Canal and Zavvi) - are they getting angry feedback?

Doesn't seem to be any feedback yet. But then a lot of people probably still aren't aware seeing as the disc isn't officially out til tomorrow.

Ugh, glad i held off getting The Wickerman Steely now, hope this gets sorted.

Trying to upgrade my clapt out DVD of A Clockwork Orange , what BD is the best edition PQ and AQ wise, with some nice extras?

Got Hobo, Planet Terror and The Orphanage all on Blu-Ray on Amazons 3 for 17 quid offer. Have all them on DVD but I like them all so much I thought its a good chance to upgrade.

Convenient that you can't seem to just e-mail Zavvi but rather have to go through a quite limited set of options in an online messaging system on the site.
In order to return an item you have to select between
The product is faulty
You have sent me the incorrect item.
Or one or two other specific options.
You've lied about the bloody content isn't one of them.

I'd select 'The product is faulty' and then send it back with more details.

If you select incorrect item (or something similar - can't remember) then another drop-down box comes up with the option of 'product doesn't match description' - or words to that effect.
