Thought they might alter it. That's why it was worth getting a screengrab. If you have no joy with Zaavi send the screengrab and all the correspondence in an e-mail to trading standards with a full account of what happened. They incorrectly advertised the product and you are entitled to return it.

He should be entitled to return it no matter the reason.

Are Zavvi the only place that won't refund a new sealed item?

It's not sealed. Though I don't see how that alters the fact the content is not as stated. I suppose I could have trusted the j-card but the plastic wrap was off the minute it was in my hand. And the buggers aren't actually saying they won't sort it. Just telling me to play with my twinky while they investigate...

Ordered the BFI disc of 'Sleepwalker'. Read a synopsis online, then went straight to Amazon and ordered it. Sounds like something I'll really enjoy - anyone seen it?

The Hammers are coming from Amazon. About £12 each. My HMV has only got Plague of the Zombies in stock and at £19.99 it can stay there.
