Just opened my Motel Hell and the package is lovely, beautiful and utterly shit to hell! A massive crack and tear down the plastic spine with damaging to the holders and booklet.:doh:

Will Arrow replace it for something like this?

No. It has no extras at all. Not even subtitles!
In fact, disc 1 has "The Sun" written across the top, so someone must've lost the original disc (which had no extras anyway, according to the back of the case) and replaced it with a DVD that was a free giveaway in The Sun (which, btw, has no chapters )

This is the set I've got. No extras at all. It's a cheap cinema club (do they even still exist?) release. The lenticular set was an Anchor Bay set that came out around the same time as the Hellraiser Cube.
