Linbro got this the other week and said it was region free, and it is, so thanks.:)
Just had a quick glance over, picture seems fine, films still a bit grainy but this is a low budget 70's film so thats fine.
Docs included feature Cronenbergs cameraman at the time and another with John Saxon.
Mainly picked this up for the extra early Cronenberg films- stereo and crimes of the future which i've never seen.
They were available on a dvd together but it is quite expensive now. This blu is quite cheap and u get the film too, so result.:)

Phantom of the Paradise arrived today; I haven't seen it before so will watch it tonight and go through the numerous extra features this weekend.

I've just opened the box to find yet another postcard for the The 'Burbs! I think the only way I'll get one of the Remo: Unarmed and Dangerous cards is if someone has a spare to swap.

I wish people would stop calling it Remo: Unarmed And Dangerous. If it says that on the arrow cover, I'm going to go postal. :D

That's what it says on the postcard! Interestingly enough, on the commentary for The World's End, Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright refer to it as Remo: Unarmed And Dangerous, so that must be the title some people are used to.

I know Arrow are releasing it at some point but I just bought the Raro Blu-ray of Nightmare city off Zoverstocks for £6.99. No dummy listings to drop price or anything? Couldn't resist at that price!

lol yeah It is. Originally changed (I think) because the film flopped in the USA, but reverted back to Remo Williams: The Adventure begins when the UK dvd was released almost 10 years ago. I'm sure the print and front art will have the Remo Williams title, but I think the reverse will use the art on the postcard with the Unarmed title.

I haven't seen it, so I'm not overly bothered about which title or artwork they use (as long as it looks good!), but understand why little things will piss off some people.

Tbh, I'm more concerned with the title than the artwork It'll be a bit stupid to go back to the vhs title after almost 10 years. But I don't think I have anything to worry about, as there have been rumours of Shout Factory releasing it too, so They'd probably use the same print, and Shout are sticklers for having stuff with the original titles etc.
