Nope! Unless the jam is used for other, more perverse, purposes. :D

I've liked this film, silly as it is, ever since catching a late night screening on TV back in the early 90's (when we still all had small, square TVs and a VCR). This disc is reference quality to show what can be done with older films. Thoroughly recommended. Oh, and I can also confirm that the US BD from Lionsgate is region-free. :)

Can't wait to get mine!
Thanks for the review Daemonia! :)

First time I'm experiencing this and all other BFI blus seem to play fine...
I may have a faulty disc...
Anybody else has this problem?

Think I found an answer to my problem...
"It seems owners of Philips and LG (Blu-ray) players should cross THE INNOCENTS off their shopping lists."
You can add the JVC XV-BP1 to that list.
I'm going to contact the BFI about it...

The Innocents blu Update:
apparently there are pixellation issues with some LG and Phillips and some newer Sony models.
Add JVC XV-BP1.

Flavia the Heretic finally arrived from amazon. Not watched it yet but will do very soon.

Stephen@Cult Labs 19th September 2010 07:54 PM

Honestly, I did get Game Of Death as well. :)

And good on you pmonkey, us lovers of film likes that (and Grease 2) have to stick together.

Baby Boom was one of the first films I saw on BSB (along with Switching Channels) before it's merger later with Sky. Ah the good old days! :D
