No, from CD Listening Bar.

Actually, that is BIOH – CD Listening Bar is the name on the PayPal e-mail.

Yes, they go by quite a few names!

Great selection of titles you purchased by the way.

I'm a little too OCD to risk BIOH personally, with titles shipping in either just a plastic wrap or that corrugated card stuff.

I may be wrong, but I think it's 20% of the cost of your order (which represents VAT?) + an £8.00 RM handling charge on top of that.

I've ordered about 20 items from them in the last couple of months and nothing has arrived damaged (as yet). I guess it depends on your local postal service to a large extent though.

I can't quite imagine I would have the same luck. I certainly didn't with ImportCDs, which is why I stopped using them. I've heard BIOH are pretty good at refunding a portion of the cost for any items that arrive damaged, but personally I just can't be bothered with the hassle and would just rather stick with B&N.

I have to admit I'd rather pay more / run the customs gauntlet than run the risk of any damage.
