Just the one this week - Corridors of Blood. The classic Gothic horror starring Karloff and Christopher Lee.

I purchased this out of print, brand new disc, with it's glorious 24 page booklet, from Renown Pictures via Amazon for £7 delivered. There were only three left in stock. They are now selling the last couple for £20.

Truthfully, i've never seen it. I once had a copy on vhs which was virtually unwatchable quality and heavily cut. I only stuck with it about 15 mins.

This version is still cut in two brief scenes but the Criterion version (which is only available in a box set) has many more cuts to it.

Another seller on Amazon is flogging it for about 8 quid with delivery.

As long as it's new with booklet then it should be a good purchase. If you like Karloff, Lee and Gothic horror then you should enjoy it. :)

Corridors of Blood is more of a medical drama, with Karloff experimenting with anesthetic and becoming addicted. But is interesting and worth watching for Karloff, I haven't seen it for a while but i'm sure Lee's only in it briefly as a grave robber called Resurrection Joe.:pop2:

Nice find! I've wanted some of those Shout Factory Corman releases, but can never find them for cheap.
