Picked up The Toxic Avenger Part II and Alpha Papa, the latter was only £2.99.

My new years resolution was to spend less on DVD/Bluray. It isn't going well...

Found an HMV in Carlisle while on Christmas break (I know, I thought they were extinct too...)

Picked up both seasons Peaky Blinders on Blu - it has Sam Neil in, otherwise a blind-buy. £30.

The Anchor Bay Coffin Joe set for a nice £10.

Then in a trip to CEX in Keighley:

Russian post-WW2 film 'The Edge of War'
Shangai set pre-WW2 film 'City of War'

For a grand total of £1.00

Is that the Steve Buscemi film?

If so, it's very good.

Agreed.

I remember when it came out people complained about the film quality. I've seen two of them now and the quality has been fine.

Yes, but really a let down compared to the previous releases from Brazil and the US, can't understand why that happened...

End Of Man, for example, has a horrible sound, and the brazilian disc sounds fine.
