I suspect the Babadook may be a better film. It has more layers to it. I just enjoyed Oculus more. I think I'm just one of those rare birds that wasn't as blown away as I think I was supposed to be. Going to get that lovely looking US edition and give it another spin however.

I would agree that the Babadook has more layers but after watching Oculus I thought that was a very good film aswell but The Babadook is very slightly better.

I agree , ABSENTIA by the director of occulus well worth a watch as well

Preordered Sister of Ursula from Shameless this morning. It says on the site that it's in stock, does anyone know if they ship before the release date? I think the last time I preordered from them they didn't. But I can't remember.

Fury
Dumb And Dumber To
The Boxtrolls
The Lego Movie

Paid £12 for the lot.

I loved The Boxtrolls when I saw it at the cinema and really want to buy it on Blu-ray.

It's the only one out of the four I haven't seen, but I loved Paranorman and Coraline, as does my daughter, looking forward to watching it with her.
