Edit: Just found the guys on Facebook, Hong Kong Rescue. What legends! I can't believe someone's finally putting these classic Jackie Chan films together in definitive editions. I've just emailed them to order the whole collection... so far :)

Not that I'm aware of, no.

There must be some rights/materials issues related to it somewhere otherwise surely some company would have released it by now.
