They are all – particularly the second two – brilliant action thrillers with a fascinating and involving storyline threading through the trilogy, so come highly recommended from me.

So I keep being told, I'll get round to watching them eventually, I make her watch all kinds of low budget horror shite, so I'm obliged to watch something she likes (except Magic Mike, which I blatantly refuse to watch!!!)

I think they are good but nothing special in the end. I'd watch a Mission Impossible film over Bourne any day (Not MI:2 though, that's shite)

I rewatched Brian De Palma's film the other day. It's still the best of the series. As for the worst, I think part 3 is. The plotting is better than the second but where as part 2 had style to spare, part 3 is bland. It's a real shoulder shrug of a film.

£1.29 buy it now from eBay ... don't know how they do it for that but looking forward to checking out one of the few Romero films I've yet to see ...

I've just bought the Cabinet of Dr Caligari Masters of Cinema BD from Amazon for £7.99 – a 'Happy Halloween' price from Eureka. Some of their other titles are reduced today as well.

Just bought Black Christmas, Christine and Fright Night on BD from Amazon.de I was trying not to spend money but after all my boxed sets have been paid for this month I had a little left over Who has time for savings haha. Something like £25 including shipping for all 3!

another I've wanted for a while but hadn't ordered, was the Masters of Cinema dual format release of Onibaba, which is being sold for £5.99 at Amazon.
