Entirely possible. I'm not sure if things have changed, but the type of box could indicate whether it is an original or new release.

I bought my copy in the Fopp Halloween sale and it included a booklet. If Fopp still have their 'suck it and see' no questions asked returns policy, it might be a return and they've half-inched the booklet?? Maybe try Fopp in the first instance...

I picked up the Godfather trilogy in hmv for £14.99 the cheapest it's been. Watching part 1 now and it looks wonderful. It's the one in the slip box, I think by looking at the one on amazon it's recently been reissued in a single amaray box.

Picked up the Masters Of Cinema release of Seconds today in Glasgow. I'm liking how Eureka are doing reversible covers for some titles, they've done the same for some Eureka Classsics titles such as The Skull & The Town That Dreaded Sundown, plus I believe they also did one on The Man Who Cheated Death and Ganja & Hess.

Hmmmm, that's a good point. i know they've stopped doing booklets on titles now. If the back cover doesn't mention a booklet, there's not supposed to be one included.

Edit: Never mind! He says the cover mentions a booklet.

After not stocking any Halloween stock my local Poundland provided this pleasant surprise, a R1 U.S. disc of this, no classic but a no-brainer for £1

Fantastic film, I would say Rock Hudson gives one of the best performances of his career
