Hey up haven't posted anything on here for ages, have been out the loop for a year or 2 in regards to collecting "cult" on BD. But in recent months have been getting back in to it and have had fun finding out whats available nowadays. Had a bit of birthday money recently so splashed it all on the following (gonna take me a while to work through all that X-files! Gonna be a nostagic ride )...

Impressed at SAE's international shipping prices, very reasonable. Think I'm looking forward to Spontaneous Combustion the most, big Dourif fan

Happy birthday Zipp! Hope you had a good day. I was also 30 just last month, welcome to the club

It seems quite a few of us grew up in the 1980s.

Was anyone else like me, and exactly the right age to get into horror when the BBFC reclassified (or classified for the first time) many films in 1999, leading to rereleases of films including The Exorcist, A Clockwork Orange and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre?

I'd been a film nut from day one but i only started to take a real interest in horror around 1992 when my mate Glenn in school got bought Evil Dead 1 & 2 on vhs by his folks. We didn't get a vhs player in the house til 1990 but it was around 1995 before i started getting wider access to film. Til then it was either what my parents would let me rent or what i could catch on tv.
