I don't think Batman in BVS was especially bright, he comes across more as a thug in some scenes. Lex Luthor was basically playing him like a fiddle all the way through the film and Bats didn't stop to question the evidence that was being spoon fed to him.
Bare in mind the whole plot only makes a lick of sense if you go under the assumption that Lex knows Bruce Wayne is Batman.

Just ordered it now so should be a little while till it arrives. Not especially bothered about the packaging as it represents a much cheaper option for the new special edition than the U.S release which tends to be a little pricey.

The Jack Palance Hitman movie was £1 from British heart foundation. Ice never heard of the film before but what a cool cover! No way was that getting left on the shelf.
