I just had a look at these reviews.
If you actually look past the first page there are a mix of good and bad reviews,
it's just most of the bad ones are on the first page.
Den of geek gave it 3/5, they at least should have some perspective on it, considering they're comic fans and all that.

Yes, he did. It's in the 'What makes you happy thread'

It has also popped up in my FaceBook feed thing, and seeing as you were discussing the merits (or not) of 'The Suicide Squad', I though I would post it here

I've booked for Suicide Squad on Friday, I'm also NOT holding my breath the fact that there have been no press screenings so far (or at the very least really late screenings) is a bad sign. Going to see Jason Bourne tomorrow as well but my expectations are considerably higher for that one.

I was looking forward to it and the trailers looked good. Now that reviews are coming in, my enthusiasm has waned. I think i'll wait 'till i can pick it up for a couple of quid.

Peter Bradshaw at The Guardian gave it 3/5, which is pretty decent from him.

I seldom read reviews - at least not until I've seen the film for myself.

I'll be giving it a Love Film rental when it is eventually released on disc. It's one of the few blockbusters in recent years that has even remotely piqued my interest
