Good enough for me.

I'll take a punt on it.

James King also really liked it. This is his review from the Simon Mayo show on Radio Five Live:

I wasn't a fan of the VHS films at all but the cover interested me when i saw it on HMV's website.

As does Tale of Tales (below). Anyone anything to say about it, good or bad?

Sounds like Gothic Italian fairytales to me and rather tasty.
I really liked it. Its got an interesting structure for an anthology as each story directly connects to the one that preceded it. The stories are all interesting as well. As a caveate I have to say now I did enjoy the v/h/s films

Purchases from the last few weeks.

Went to my local Cash generator today and picked up a few discs and they said it was their last day of trading and were closing down and could take what discs i wanted for free but stupidly only took a handful.

Popped into Poundland and there were a few blu-rays mostly starring Rutger Hauer and picked up Barbarossa, Lebanon, Bourne Legacy and the French crime movie Gang Story.

Just saw the trailer for Disco Godfather on the Petey Wheatstraw disc and looks like another great Rudy Ray Moore movie and will definitely be ordering at the end of the month.
