I think Feast 2 is a vile film. And only because of the baby scene. I put it in the same pile of stuff i'd never watch again, along with equally disgusting Hostel 2.

2 and 3 three are just bad taste for bad taste's sake. The first one was a breath of fresh air in some ways which diluted the bad taste elements of it (and hey, we like that stuff right?) but the others were just lazy IMO and went for shock value with no real redeeming values either in storytelling or film-making.
