I bought The Last Seduction in their first sale but only watched it the other week.

The two disc dvd has tonnes of extras so i presume the blu does as well.

I think they are exactly the same apart from the Blu-ray having a stereo LPCM soundtrack on the theatrical cut. As it's a film I like very much, I have upgraded the DVD release for the HD one.
