Only the Peter Jackson version! I'll be watching it tomorrow night. | I much prefer the 1933 version by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack as it's everything you want from the story, is engaging and entertaining, and features superb and groundbreaking stop motion animation. As much as I appreciate the motion capture work (and Andy Serkis's amazing acting) that went into creating Kong for the recent incarnation, Peter Jackson's film felt overlong and was not as engaging as I had hoped for expected it to be.
I really hope you enjoy Cooper and Schoedsack's film as much as I do. |
