Stalker

Is this the Martin Kemp film that's a remake of Exposé?

If it is i didn't mind it, not as good as the original or even close but it's more than watchable.

That's an experience if you've not seen it before. I have a weird relationship with both that and solaris. I find them overlong, ponderous and aggravating but then I keep getting the urge to rewatch them!

A few pick-ups. The two steelbooks were from musicmagpie. Some mysterious seller was selling them at 99p on marketplace so MM didn't undercut but dropped the price to just under £2 each. Rest are full price mainly from HMV. Vendetta was a quid from a charity shop.

I can't wait to see Tom of Finland but I'm sure it wont be on at the Odeon.

Andrei Rublev was like that for me but I'm glad I persevered because it's probably his best film! Solaris was a let down for me, too many people held it in high esteem that it could never live up to its reputation. I did enjoy though, just not a masterpiece. I still have the Soderbergh remake to watch when I get the time.

Ours is called FACT in Liverpool, it's an art gallery with a 4 screen cinema. They will more than certainly have it showing there.

I've decided to just rent The Handmaiden, I really want to watch it but I don't know if it'll be one that I rewatch.
