Technology is expensive business! I currently have an LG OLED TV, LG Ultra HD player, Sony multi region Blu-ray player, Onkyo AV receiver, a NOW TV box, a Fire TV box (primarily for the Ultra HD content which is available on Netflix, Amazon and iPlayer and can't play through the Sony Blu-ray player) and the standard Virgin Media V+ box for the odd occasion when I want to record non-BBC programmes or watch live TV.

It's fortunate that I'm able to spread the cost of all the various subscriptions around between family members, all sharing the same account!

Geez, fair enough, depending on my budgeT on monday after train and tram fare. Will probably determine what I get, chances are I may end up just getting a multi region dvd player, but at least it's better than nothing

I second this.

I bought a new Sony player from them a few years ago and received top-notch service.

Multi Region Magic that I posted the link to on the previous page often sell cheap multi region DVD players on eBay if you’re after a no frills player that won’t break the bank

Is your dvd player not multi region?

Edit - i have noticed with some Mill Creek sets that you physically have to change your player to NTSC as the disc loads or it forever stays on the FBI warning screen. This is probably that situation, Shaun.

Do you have a DVD drive on your computer, happy to say my drive (a cheap lite-on external job) was region free right out of the box, if so you could try connecting your PC to a telly and watch that way.
