What's the recommendation on it ?

It's very 'Canadian' in feel, don't expect loads of CGI space ships or effects as I recall, the first season played on UK tv but had to wait years for the 2nd season, if you liked the series Dark Angel that reminded me of the style of WOTW, go in open minded and it can get quite fun, it does have a solid long story arc going for it too.

"It frees up all that room" I think we charity shop patrons have found just released DVD/BD a plenty, as to why they don't take em to CEX it's too much hassle to que up, just pop em into a charity bin or shop and watch the film via the drive, won't be so easy if the hard drive fails though...:scared:

Or the fact it got one and someone throws it at you out of temper and breaks it .
We was splitting up and I was collecting my things .
I had one full of stuff but so so film got deleted as soon as I bought it,
Also had lot of music bands discography etc .

Both Triffids series are good. However the earlier one is the superior version. I have both and both are better than the film.

The 70's series is to me THE definitive Day of the Triffids.
