The US DVD features both the theatrical and unrated cuts, the latter is almost six minutes longer. Look here.

DEATH SENTENCE is a fairly decent, if a little far fetched, vigilante flick. Then again I'm a big fan of most vigilante films.

Eight DVDs! You must be really popular with the postman, or did they come via a parcel delivery company?

Great selection, by the way.

I'm very popular with my postman...
They tend to bundle the packages at the post-office btw.

Nosferatu@Cult Labs 18th March 2011 11:22 AM

That's good to hear. My postman is used in the amount of mail that is delivered to my house because review discs turn up just about every other day along with things that I, or members of my family, have ordered.

Lucky I don't get review discs... ;)

Got my HKL Police Assassins delivered today, along with the German edition of Westworld (already got Futureworld from ebay the other day). And just back from Cash Converters where I picked up Cyclone, with Heather Thomas and Gigli, bothe for £1 each. Some miight say I was robbed with Gigli, but surely it's not as bad as everyone made it out to be? Or is it?

Paul@TheOverlook 18th March 2011 12:49 PM

GIGLI is really poor. It's doesn’t even qualify as “so bad it’s good”. It just *is*.

Still, I own it. Sure I paid a quid for it too.

Knowing my taste in films I'll probably love it. :D

Seriously, I'm all for terrible films (I love HUDSON HAWK, ISHTAR and THE ADVENTURES OF FORD FAIRLANE for instance) but GIGLI's really quite dull, if the truth be told.
