It would have been much better if an Indian actor, one who wouldn't require make-up to make his skin a bit darker, had played the role. It's similar to Al Pacino's make-up in Scarface – I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as Fisher Stevens in the Short Circuit films or Mike Myers in The Love Guru.

In fabric is one my all time fav films since 2000 or so,
And a friend asked me recently for something to binge watch and inside no 9 was what I recommended him.
