To my non-surprise after talking to the customer service it hasn't been delivered but it had incorrectly been marked as delivered, I'll have it on Friday... Which obviously means they hadn't even dispatched it as far as I'm concerned.
Got £5 credit on my account though. | They never bother about putting 30% credit on your account if you complain.
When i need to get in touch i always tell the 'bot' to piss off and put me through to a person, which they always do.
