I'm still stunned by two things

1- That Criterion released it on dvd (money grabbers obviously didn't want to miss out on dvd sales )

2 - That supermarkets stock a Criterion disc on dvd and Blu.

Waiting for me when I got home from work.
I think I might save it until Christmas.

I absolutely love this film. It's genuinely a five star movie and i always feel bad laughing to myself when i hear Bogey's character name uttered for the first few times by sultry Gloria Grahame - Dix Steele.

If Ms. Grahame were flirting round me you wouldn't be the only one, Bogey.
