Do items from Amazon US bought via Amazon UK site attract customs or other additional charges?

I was just wondering as there's this Friday the 13th box set...

I'm 99% sure the global shipping program includes import duty, which is paid in the US before it is shipped over the Atlantic.

Yeah I think so too, the VAT should be included when buying through the global store.

How many films are in that boxset ?
I was about to post there one on eBay for £35 but on closer inspection it’s just the box and no disc lol,
If don’t mind getting one or two separate there few boxset blu ray 8 film collection for less than £30. I'm tempted to buy one of them then the rest later, tbh ive only seen one after 4th and it was while ago I can't remember which one.
