Cheers Pedro. It's an old favourite of mine, I used to watch it on vhs as a kid and I also had the cassette tape of the soundtrack which I would play constantly too!
Nice review as well, good to see the film well loved. :D

I also got Toy Story 3 (there is a 2 for £20 offer on Disney bd in Blockbuster atm), but I only watched a little bit of it to get an idea of the PQ. It looks really great, the colours are bright and the image is super-crisp. Wish I had the cash to upgrade 1&2 to Blu.

I watched Fantasia 2000 which looks and sounds amazing with DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 sound and I plan to watch the first Fantasia, which I watched about a month ago, next week.

I rented Toy Story 3 a month or two ago and bought it on Monday and you're right about the AV quality -- it is absolutely stunning. I own the first two on Blu-ray so will probably do a triple bill evening as they all look and sound stunning, and the films aren't half bad either!

I also picked up A Bug's Life, which was a superlative DVD, Bambi and The Princess and The Frog, so I have plenty of HD Disney to watch.

Bloody Disney! :p

Just kidding, I don't mind a bit of Disney, in fact I got dragged to see Princess and the Frog, and I thought had an adequate story but excellent hand-drawn scenery/animation.

Also had to go see Tangled and was blown away by it in 3D. Especially the part with all the floating lanterns towards the end. I imagine all Disney films shine on BD.

I just pre-ordered these from zavvi:

I don't tend to buy modern american horrors unless I've heard glowing reviews first, regardless of the director. Thanks for warning me anyway :)
Looking forward to Streets of Fire though, just had an email to say it's been sent. I bought one from that guy in Korea you recommended.

I've had to remove your posts guys, discusssing where to obtain Pirate dvds. Cult Labs can't be seen to endorse such activity, so the posts have to be removed.
