One arrival and one from local cex.

So far i've watched Carnival of Monsters and The Green Death from the Pertwee set and The Leisure Hive and Meglos from the Tom Baker one.

All four look far superior to their earlier dvd versions.

The Fog on Blu (been meaning to upgrade)

For a while now, I've been kicking myself for not picking up either the US or UK blu-rays of Hammer's The Mummy from 1959, before they went out of print and became very expensive. Today I discovered that it was available on UK Amazon Prime for just 2.99 pounds, in high definition (and I bought it). Obviously I'd rather have a physical copy blu-ray but this will more than tide me over in the meantime, I was quite pleased about it. btw Is in 1.66:1 and has Icon logo at start (they released the OOP UK blu-ray).

The 100 Candles Game dvd from Asda the rest from the local Air Ambulance shop. Ghostbusters I and II was £3 whilst Salt and Gemini Man were £1 each.

Elvira has arrived almost a week earlier than expected, it was due on the 20th. Was very surprised and pleased to see it's not a slipcover it's a hard slip case like the Arrow ltd editions. Very nice.
