This one is definitely the last one of the year, I got it from Strange Vice and had it sent to me in Edinburgh while I'm visiting my boys

Not sure they'll want to watch it though.

These arrived in the post yesterday; Trading Places from HMV and The 4400 from Music Magpie. I now have all four seasons of The 4400 and, because it's been several years since I last watched the series, will probably watch them back-to-back in one go.

I can't. My local one has The Maltese Falcon minus slip case and i won't go near it.

I don't know what happens to them. I've seen a few in CEX without slipcases. If it was one I particularly been wanting I'd be fussier.

I've sold a few slipcase titles in CEX and have been horrified that they take them out of the slip and it goes straight in the bin. It doesn't happen always but it's happened way too many times. Awful!!

When i bought The Omega Man it was beautifully mint with the cards still in plastic and slipcase in mint condition

The postcards and poster all present and correct with Out of the Past. The cards still in shrink-wrap too. I think I'd have been less inclined to buy it had they been missing. If it ends up becoming a fave I may sell and rebuy from HMV.
