I have to ask Treb. How come you don't just take pics of the actual items you've bought? Wouldn't that be easier?
I sometimes resort to using a screenshot or a downloaded image if I don't have the actual item to hand, but I find it much easier to just take a pic of the stuff I've bought when it's get delivered or I get home.

I have to keep myself off Music Magpie because it's so easy to go overboard, I literally have no room left for new stuff. I'd have definitely bought that Poirot box set and the films.

I no longer shop there at all. I used to do a lot before i went HD but too many dvd's and worse cd's, had cases that needed replacing or in the case of cd's scuffed digi packs, that i gave up with used items. Buying things for the final time on Blu-ray i want them perfect so i have to see them before buying.

As for new items, there are no bargains to be had on Music Magpie.

I’ve definitely had some shocking things sent from them in the past but their customer service ethic seems to be a no quibble refund and you can keep the item. I’ve been lucky most of the time though.

If it's over a fiver they always asked for the item returned.

Another issue is if you keep complaining about things they can cancel your account. It didn't happen to me but did to a mate of mine.
