If you don't mind me asking, where did you pertain this fantastic object?

I rather liked that rubber smell. It lingers on the fingers.

A screen classic.

I can think of someone on here who should be a fan.

That is a quality release of a genuine masterpiece of horror and, if you like that one, buy the Masters of Cinema release.

Nosferatu DVD

Don't think i have ever seen a nice print of this, till now hopefully.

Nice review of the MOC release by the way.

Have you got that superb Metropolis disc released at the tail end of last year?

I ordered these four today - I hope they will join my collection by the end of the week.

Poor Pretty Eddie [Blu-ray] [1975] [US Import]: Amazon.co.uk: Micheal Christian, David Worth, Shelly Winters: Film & TV

ok... very weird and surprisingly arty mix of drive-in/hicksploitation/blacksploitation/rape revenge/southern gothic weirdness..

Enjoyable and looks great.

Darned good little movie, worth picking up on blu-ray too. Its got a very interesting commentary track. My only complaint is they dont include the re-edited tamer cut with alternate footage, or any of the other footage. Apparently a lot of the reasons the film works so well is down to the editing.

Its the same fella who edited performance.

Picked up Apocalypse Now earlier. A lovely boxset indeed. Can't wait to give this bad boy a spin.

Yesterday I watched the Blu of the remake of Piranha. The red/blue anaglyph 3D version is a complete waste of time, effort and disk space. It's completely unwatchable. Why anyone bothers with red/blue nowadays I do not know, when the magenta/green system used for the BD of the remake of My Bloody Valentine looked so splendid.

The 2D version on the other disk looked magnificent and the film was as much fun as I remembered from the cinema.

BD of A History Of Violence arrived this morning, Eastern Promises should be here tomorrow.
